Cloud mode synchronizes records across signed-in devices. Export the full daily backup regularly for an independent backup; monthly stats export is a report, not a restorable backup. Sign-in is required to edit records. Cloud records are not saved in persistent browser storage. No patient-identifying information is collected. Production is entered manually as adjusted production; 45% compensation is calculated automatically.
